What age groups do you cater for?

We offer age-specific classes for two groups:

  • Ages 4–8: Focused on movement, play, and foundational skills.

  • Ages 9–12: Emphasising progression, coordination, and confidence-building through more structured activities.

 

When do classes run from ?

Classes generally run from September to June on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons depending on the age group chosen. We close for Mid-Term breaks.

Times: 4pm to 5pm

                     or 

            5pm to 6pm

 

How long are the classes ?

  • Ages 4–8: 60 minutes

  • Ages 9–12: 60 minutes                                                                        
    Each session includes a warm-up, fun fitness activity, and a cool-down/stretch.

 

How many children are in each class?

Each class is limited to a maximum of 20 children. This helps our coaches create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for everyone.

 

What does my child need to wear and bring to a class ?

  • Comfortable Clothing

       Tracksuit Top and T-shirt 

       Shorts, leggings, or tracksuit bottoms

       (Clothes should be breathable and allow movement)

  • Proper Footwear

           Runners preferably 

  • Water Bottle                                                                        
    Clearly labelled with their name.  

  • Hair Ties (if needed)

    To keep long hair out of the face

 

Are the sessions suitable for all abilities?

Absolutely!

Our classes are designed to be non-competitive and inclusive and adaptable for all fitness levels and abilities.

Our coaches focus on encouragement, effort, and participation — not perfection!

 

Should parents stay for the Classs?

We kindly ask that parents do not remain during class time. We operate a "drop and go" policy, as experience has shown that children engage more confidently and independently in a parent-free environment.

This approach supports a more focused and productive learning atmosphere for all participants.

How often are the classes held?

Classes for both age groups run on Tuesdays and Thursdays, so that you can choose which class suits best.

We believe consistency helps build confidence, strength, and routine in a fun environment.

 

How much do the Classes Cost ?

Classes cost €60 for a 4 week block. 

 

How do I book my Child in for a Class ?

Our children’s fitness classes can be booked through the Booking Form on this site, under the Bookings tab at the top of the page.

*Please note that in the interest of fairness, bookings are taken on a first come first serve basis.

In the event that your chosen class is full, you will automatically be placed on a waiting list and we will contact you if a place becomes available.

 

Can I get a refund if my child cannot attend a class?

As classes are booked in 4-week blocks and places are limited, we do not offer refunds for missed individual classes due to illness, personal holidays or any other such reason.  

 

Can I join Mid-Block?

Yes, if there’s space available, we offer Pro Rata pricing for the remaining classes in the block.
